Cooking is so much fun and can be super relaxing (as long as other stay out of the kitchen while I’m in it anyway, ha). I enjoy making up recipes, and oftentimes I forget to write them down.
Lately, I’ve been really trying my best to write things down as I add them to the dishes I make. I make a lot of things up as I go and just want to share those things with others.
I do water bath or pressure can quite a lot of the things I make. Not everyone is comfortable using a pressure canner, but low acid foods must be pressure canned. Another options is to just freeze those types of things (such as meat sauces or meat stews).
