My family absolutely loves these 3-ingredient peanut butter kisses!!
In about 20 minutes, you can have awesome 3-ingredient peanut butter kisses – these cookies are super amazing!
3-ingredient peanut butter kisses
I guess if you count the Hershey's kisses, it's four ingredients, lol. Quick, easy, and awesome!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 1 cup measuring cup
- 1-2 cookie sheets
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 medium(ish) egg
- Hershey's kisses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, and egg to a mixing bowl and mix well. Can use a mixer, but can also do by hand.
- Roll dough into small balls, less than an inch in diameter so they don't get too big, and place on cookie sheet about an inch or so apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While they're baking, unwrap the kisses.
- Remove from oven, pop a kiss into the middle of each cookie while still on baking sheet. Give it a minute or two, then transfer somewhere to cool.
Notes
If the cookies are super sticky, you can put the mixing bowl into the fridge for a bit.
