Chicken bacon ranch
Quick prep time, super delicious, teenager approved!
Equipment
- 1 cutting board
- 1 sharp knife
- 1 9x13 baking dish (approximately)
- 1 cheese grater (if grating your own cheese)
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, or 3 big ones, or 5 small ones, lol
- 1 cup ranch (approximate- half used at a time)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (your own or store bought, just make sure it’s real bacon!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Spread 1/2 cup of ranch on the bottom of the dish.
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces, not too thick, and lay them out in a single layer on top of the ranch.
- Spread the other 1/2 cup of ranch over the chicken breasts.
- Shred the mozzarella and spread a layer on top of the chicken-ranch-chicken you’ve got going in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Sometimes I do lots, sometimes not as much. It’s really your preference.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a veggie of your choice. We love it with green beans!
