Shopping

Well this one is pretty easy, just check out our shop and place an order! We use PayPal and Square for payment, to ensure we never have your payment info stored on our site. This is the safest and easiest way to do things! We keep our stock numbers up to date, and hope you love what we have to offer!

Shipping

We ship everything using USPS Ground. We know it’s not super duper fast, but it does allow us to keep our shipping prices at a flat rate of $7 – we tried less and none of it was ever close to covering it, so we’ve settled on $7, will still lose some, but that’s ok. When it costs more, we just cover it for ya! This makes things easy on us and allows us to drop things off at the post office regularly.

We do our best to ship each item out within 24 hours of receiving the order. Obviously, this isn’t always possible. Our post office does not take packages on Saturdays, as they just sit there until Monday. And of course, they don’t take things on Sundays, either. So anything ordered after about 10am on a Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Replacements & Returns & Refunds

We would prefer it if nobody ever had to return anything, lol. But we do understand sometimes it’s necessary.

Replacements. If things broke during shipping, we can replace them, of no charge to you. We would just need a photo of how the item arrived emailed to us at info@buckhillsfarm.com – please also include your full name and order number when requesting a replacement item. We will get back with you as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Returns & Refunds. If you’d like to return something, you can do so at your own expense. We will refund your full purchase price and the initial $5 flat fee for shipping. We will not pay for you to return the order though. If you’re returning your order or would like a refund for some reason, please email us at info@buckhillsfarm.com – reference your order number and include your full name. We will get with you as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) and work to handle your issue.
