Total Time 30 minutes mins
1 Mixing bowl
1 oven safe glass pan
- 1 8oz bar of cream cheese, softened - just take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before making the dip
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts - sliced smaller
- 1 can spinach (13.5oz up to about 16oz) - can also use frozen spinach, or fresh of course
- 5 oz parmesan cheese, shredded - I buy wedges of it and shred it as I need to use it
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper - I use white pepper, but black is good as well
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Put cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl and mix well. I use a fork to make sure they're mixed up evenly.
Strain the artichoke hearts, chop them small, and add them to the bowl.
Strain the spinach, add it to the bowl.
Shred the parmesan cheese, and add it to the bowl.
Mix everything well. Add spices. Mix well again. NOTE: you can totally change the spices up.. more, less, different.
Put in oven safe glass dish and bake for 10-15 minutes. You want to make sure all the cheese has melted.
Serve warm with crackers, pita bread, or something else yummy.
