Paleo Sandwich Bread
A wonderful Paleo sandwich bread that doesn't fall apart when sliced!

Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 4 medium/large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 6 Tbsp butter (clarified butter, ghee, or coconut oil)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients together - almond flour, tapioca flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt - in a bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter and whisk with eggs, coconut cream, and apple cider vinegar.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and slowly mix.
Grease a loaf pan and pour batter into pan.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
