Paleo Sandwich Bread

A wonderful Paleo sandwich bread that doesn't fall apart when sliced!

Equipment

  • 2 Mixing bowls
  • 1 loaf pan

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 medium/large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 6 Tbsp butter (clarified butter, ghee, or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together - almond flour, tapioca flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt - in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Melt butter and whisk with eggs, coconut cream, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and slowly mix.
  • Grease a loaf pan and pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  • Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
